Microsoft Surface 1.0 Design and Development Training Course Graphics and Skin

Created a custom Luminosity skin and interface for the Microsoft Surface 1.0 Training Course developed by CM Group (Content Master). The course was delivered using Luminosity, a SCORM-compliant e-learning platform built with Silverlight, providing a consistent and intuitive learning experience.

The course content targeted .NET developers familiar with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), though prior knowledge of XNA was beneficial but not required. It introduced Surface as a novel type of interface, teaching both the technical skills required for application development and innovative approaches to designing interactions in multi-touch environments. Each training module combined introductory content, developer-to-developer video lessons, and practical hands-on labs, with approximately 75% lab-based content and 25% instructional videos.

The Luminosity skin featured dynamic UI elements, including the CM Button, which provided responsive, data-driven interactions and visual effects aligned with Surface 1.0's design aesthetics. This work established foundational design and interaction elements later expanded in subsequent Surface and interactive training projects.
