I led the complete design and production of a series of whitepapers for Microsoft's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) initiative under Visual Studio, targeting internal and technical audiences. Each whitepaper focused on distinct "Hero Scenarios," clearly demonstrating practical use cases of Visual Studio's ALM capabilities. The primary goal was to effectively communicate complex workflows and tools through accessible and engaging content.

In my role, I oversaw the entire creative direction and execution, from initial concept development through final delivery. This included designing custom icons and infographics specifically crafted to represent core ALM concepts, ensuring clarity and intuitive understanding. Leveraging Adobe InDesign for layout and Adobe Illustrator for graphics, I prioritized visual storytelling and reader engagement while maintaining technical precision and readability.

I also managed the end-to-end print production process, selecting premium paper stocks and supervising professional printing and binding to ensure a high-quality, tactile reader experience consistent with Visual Studio's brand standards.

The project's success had broader implications, as the custom-designed icons and infographic styles became influential within Microsoft's Visual Studio ALM ecosystem.
